Following lunch, all children enjoy a scheduled rest period from 13:00 to 14:00, providing time for relaxation and recharging for the afternoon activities.

At Shine Ger Kindergarten, the safety of our children is a top priority. The entire building is monitored by a security guard stationed at Buddha Vista, and our main entrance automatically locks after 11:00 AM, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the premises.

Our dedicated team consists of lead teachers and teacher assistants committed to providing a nurturing learning environment. All classroom teachers hold a bachelor’s degree in childcare and bring between three and ten years of experience in early childhood education, ensuring your child receives expert guidance and support every day.

At Shine Ger, we prioritize healthy, nutritious meals and teaching children lifelong habits of good nutrition. Our menus are created by a top nutritionist, reviewed by our Director, and prepared by a certified chef specializing in children’s meals. Teachers also guide children on healthy eating in ways suited to their age.

Our Approach

• Meals include proteins, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and grains, with low fat, sugar, and sodium.

• Menus are varied, ensuring no meal repeats within a month.

• Portion sizes meet children’s nutritional needs, and hydration is provided through water, tea, and fruit compotes.

• Allergies and dietary restrictions are carefully tracked, and parents are kept informed.

• Children participate in cooking and nutrition activities, learning about food in fun, hands-on ways.

Menus are posted monthly on our Food Board, and parents may view meals anytime. At Shine Ger, we believe healthy, tasty meals build happy children — and happy children grow into healthy, productive adults.

Once your child’s enrollment is confirmed, we register them on Brightwheel, where we share daily photos and updates. Parents are also welcome to communicate directly with their child’s teacher during drop-off and pick-up times.

For the safety of our children, we kindly ask parents to pick up their child between 17:00 and 18:00. If someone other than a parent will be picking up, please inform a staff member in advance to ensure a smooth and secure handover.
